1. Information we collect

When you purchase or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, order reference, payment status, and the information you choose to include in your message. The website and its providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, page visits, and cookie identifiers.

Payment credentials are handled by the checkout provider. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or passwords to ClaudeStack support.

2. How we use information

• Verify purchases and deliver digital products.
• Send order confirmations, download links, and service related communications.
• Respond to support, billing, and delivery questions.
• Prevent abuse and unauthorized sharing, and maintain appropriate business records.
• Understand site and advertising performance, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.

3. Cookies and Meta Pixel

This website includes Meta Pixel, initialized to send PageView events. Meta may process technical information and identifiers for measurement and advertising under its own terms and Privacy Policy. Browser privacy settings and tracking blockers may affect this processing.

Where consent is required, non essential tracking must be subject to that consent. You may also use your browser cookie controls and Meta advertising settings to manage tracking preferences.

4. Service providers

We use, or may use as the sales service is enabled, hosting, payment, email, database, and file delivery providers to operate the service. Our planned delivery services include Resend for order emails and Cloudflare R2 for downloads. We share information needed for those functions, rather than selling customer contact details.

Providers may process information in countries different from your own and under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention and security

We retain order and correspondence records for as long as necessary to fulfill purchases, resolve issues, prevent fraud, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Personal download links should be treated as confidential.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights, email contact@claudestack.xyz. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction related reasons.
