1. Who we are

ClaudeStack provides Faceless Studio, a Claude AI skill, and educational content about creating animated videos. These terms apply to this website and purchases from ClaudeStack. Contact us at contact@claudestack.xyz.

2. Your purchase

Review the product description, included materials, requirements, price, currency, and policies before paying. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. An order is fulfilled after successful payment verification.

Supply an accurate email address: delivery is sent to the email collected at checkout. Never send payment card details or passwords to our support email.

3. Product requirements and third party services

Faceless Studio requires a compatible laptop, Claude Pro or higher, and Claude Code, as described in the product requirements. Third party subscriptions, usage limits, service availability, and charges are separate from the purchase unless explicitly included. Rendering performance depends on your computer, video length, and animation style.

ClaudeStack is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, YouTube, Google, Meta, or TikTok.

4. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the supplied skill and learning materials for your own use. You may publish videos you create for your own channels, brands, and businesses, subject to applicable third party rights and platform rules. Commercial client work requires a separate commercial license.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly upload, or share the purchased skill files, course materials, or personal download links. Product materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

5. Your content and results

You are responsible for the topics, scripts, media, voice recordings, permissions, and final videos you publish. Review generated content for accuracy and suitability. Follow copyright, privacy, and platform requirements.

Buying a skill or course does not guarantee views, subscribers, earnings, monetization approval, or any particular business result.

6. Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Products are supplied digitally by email. Read our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. All digital purchases are final and non refundable, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the products and correcting verified delivery issues. Access to third party platforms may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses, lost profits, or outcomes caused by your use of third party tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Questions and updates

Send order or terms questions to contact@claudestack.xyz. We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases or mandatory consumer protections.
